I finally managed to get along to the current exhibition at The Fox Talbot Museum, Arrangements In Black And Grey, showcasing contemporary photographers working in black and white.
Photographers Nettie Edwards, Trevor Ashby, Katie Cooke, Anthony Jones, Deborah Parkin and Mark Voce work using a variety of techniques and equipment, from pinhole cameras to iPhones and lots in between.
I have a particular interest in the work of Deborah Parkin but enjoyed the exhibition as a whole. I would have liked to have seen some more experimental and less formal work, though – and a programme would have been nice (I had some cash ready!).
Here are a couple of images from the exhibition

More on Deborah Parkin soon.
